CPGBrokers & Associates will provide initial consultation to review where the brand is today in terms of Sales and distribution. Goal is to develop pathway and offer solutions to help Manufacturer achieve their Brand’s vision.

  1. Product merit; depth/breadth of line, product details, pricing, category fit
  2. Product Positioning; based on product profile, connect to evolving consumer demographics such as emerging trends, call outs- organic, natural, ethnic orientation.
  3. Product Point of Differentiation; what makes product unique and relevant to other products in the marketplace, i.e. formulation, clinicals, technology.
  4. How is Mfg. going to support Marketing Funds required (promo support, social/digital, analytics’ to validate trial/sell through; exceed category threshold
  5. Assess eCommerce footprint; Amazon or other .com site, customer reviews
Step 2

Terms & Conditions Proposal

CPGBrokers & Associates will develop proposal highlighting general business terms to include scope of work, timing, and compensation to include:

 

  • Pre-work, initial 90 days
  • Broker Management
  • Sales Management
  • Territory- channel – retailer by name
Step 3

Representation Proposal

CPGBrokers & Associates will provide formal Agreement to include pricing, communications, confidentiality, indemnification, compensation, terms, broker, sub broker performance, and Exhibits that include brands/products, and US territory (channel- Food, Drug Mass, Specialty, Beauty, and Pharmacy. Upon execution of Representation Agreement, then the work begins on developing GTM plan.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Plan

CPGBrokers & Associates will conduct Distribution gap analysis, sell through success story, key differentiator matrix, Sales Broker plan to include category review assessment of key accounts/ channel and retailer forecast, research category/pricing, retailer presentation preparation, recommendation of Marketing audit (consultation and development of Marketing Digital/Social strategy, proportionate to current budget and growth objectives
