Webinar: Lower-Income Micro Segments and Shopping and Spending Trends

Webinar: Lower-Income Micro Segments and Shopping and Spending Trends

One of the most misunderstood, ethnically-diverse and underserved shopper in the United States is the lower-income shopper. Retailers and manufacturers must truly grasp the behavioral and attitudinal differences across key lower-income micro-segments. On Thursday, September 23rd, at 11:00 PM CT, SymphonyIRI will host a webinar that examines what is important and what it will take to be successful in serving the changing needs to each of the following groups:

1. Hispanic households
2. African American households
3. Young households aged 25-34
4. Older/senior households aged 65 and older
5. Households with children

The webinar will be hosted by Sean Seitzinger, Senior Vice President, SymphonyIRI Group Consulting and Innovation Group, and will be based on its fourth annual research report, The Lower-Income Shopper Report: Serving Lower-Income/Multicultural Shopper Micro-Segments.
