  • Sales Management Services

    • Spend management and analysis of:
    • Trade (Print, Social media, social marketing); Tie to overall Marketing Strategy
    • Retailer (Set-up, portal management, maintenance, broker’s promotional program planning, etc.)
    • Manage and assist in development of collateral materials (displays, header cards, brochures, mailers).
    • Assist in developing targeted communication strategies to ‘tag the right bases’ to ensure maximum exposure at minimal cost to drive brand awareness and trial.

  • Strategic Financial Planning

    • Modeling for Sales / Ops planning- 3 year rolling  forecast at account level, measuring store count, penetration, and velocity (takeaway at shelf/week)
    • Benchmark retail pricing within industry.
    • Define strategy / manage customer / channel opportunities.
    • Assistance with budgeting and annual operating plan creation.

  • Analysis and Decision Making

    • Conduct data evaluation on shipment history, POS, and third party data (IRI, Nielsen) to evaluate trends, develop graphs to identify trend and key differentiators (product sku and line sales growth vs. specific account growth vs. industry – category growth).
    • Use diagnostics tools in managing raw data, variance analysis (Activity, ratios as a %, pivot tables, link to PowerPoint presentations; telling a compelling story to support overall brand objectives.
